Great customer service

Unexpected Coverage

My experience has been great because when my dog had to be hospitalized for gastroenteritis spot was able to cover a good portion of my bill and send the check directly to my veterinarian. My dog then had to get a major dental done due to severe periodontal disease and they were able to cover a large portion of that bill as well. This time i picked direct deposit and two days after the claim was finalized the money was in my bank account. The turn around time for the claims to be processed takes about 1-2 two weeks which isn't too bad. The only thing is I had to check the app for updates on the claim status as opposed to getting an email when it was complete.

Don’t respond for larger claims

I was skeptical about getting pet…

I was skeptical about getting pet insurance and thought if I tried to get reimbursed, that it would be a nightmare. MetLife Pet Insurance, completely proved me wrong. I’ve had to use it twice so far and had my money within couple days. Their app is user friendly and the process couldn’t be easier. Fantastic company to help keep your fur baby healthy. Now I don’t stress about taking my dog to the vet when something doesn’t seem right!
