worst insurance - do not waste your time or money -

ALL claims are denied on the pet having a prior SYMPTOM prior to policy's effective date. It's a loophole not to pay! If your pet ever had vomiting, diarrhea, or itching, and it's listed as a symptom in any NEW doctor visit, IT WILL BE DENIED because it is a prior SYMPTOM. EXAMPLE: puppy ate something, took him to the vet because he was vomiting and had diarrhea. Insurance will NEVER cover ANYTHING that he gets that has diarrhea or vomiting.

Embrace has covered my cats for nearly 15 years

Embrace has been covering my two cats for most of their 15 years. It has been easy to file claims. I receive electronic reimbursements. I have peace of mind that I can continue to afford and pursue quality care for my boys as they age.

Unfortunately I trusted Costco when I…

Unfortunately I trusted Costco when I signed up for this health insurance for my dog. Each time I send a claim, it comes back denied. When I call them they never know why is denied. They want notes from the Vet which is on the invoice and discharge paperwork. They still insist that they need more paperwork. They also charged us more for deductible because I went on my own to look for the a policy from them online and it was half deductible than the one they offered when I got it through Costco. Very awful customer service, everything is denied. They barely answer emails. I cannot believe this company hasn't gone out of business yet.
