First claim for our new puppy
This was my first claim for my new puppy and it could not have been easier! It was a very stressful time trying to make sure our puppy was okay and after multiple vet and ER visits, it was time to submit the claim and it took me probably 10 minutes. MetLife was so quick to review and provide reimbursement that it made it one less thing to worry about while we made sure our puppy was feeling better. Nothing but great things to say about this experience with MetLife!

Poor customer service and coding
Claim was coded incorrectly based upon a previous claim from 1.5 years ago. Told I had to appeal the claim by having vet provide additional documentation on claim. Plus I got an attitude from customer service rep.
