Also when I called to talk to a live representative, the feedback was first towards caring about my pets condition and the rep was able to address my concerns without hesitation. Great service multiple times
We have had to use Trupanion for two different dogs (and scenarios) and in both cases found them very easy and efficient to work with. We are getting approvals within 12 hours and reimbursements within 48. I cannot imagine how they could work any better. Highly recommended.
