The Sales Rep Rebeca! She was very very helpful with my 7 Furbabies. She broke it down, even gave me suggestions. She was wonderfull and I went with Prudent because she helped me through it. I check out 4 other plans and I had to go on line and figure it out for myself. She was right there helping me. I am with SPOT and I was looking for a greater amount for my cat.

Healthy Paws was amazing
Healthy Paws was amazing. Our French Bulldog Mia out of nowhere developed glaucoma. Tried desperately to save vision and it was not in the books. Recently had eyes removed. Healthy Paws was excellent on responding quickly and paying. Don’t know what we would have done without them

Handled our claim with thoughtfulness as well as efficiency.
We recently had to say goodbye to our faithful dog Nelson after several visits to the vet. Embrace handled our claim almost immediately. They sent a thoughtful message with condolences and were very help during this difficult time. They also took the time to remove Nelson from our account so I did not have to worry about getting that done, and applied a credit for the remaining days of his coverage to our account for our other dogs.

I have been trying to contact this company for the last 4 months. I have submitted a dispute with my bank because the money keeps coming out but the services have stopped. I am trying to contact anybody but to no avail. Your lines are down and your email systems do not reply back. Yet you keep charging my card.

The ease of navigating through the website to enroll was smooth. Plan comparison data were clear. Option of monthly or annual payment was beneficial. The discount incentive to enroll via internet was a smarter marketing option which I took advantage of. The option to still speak to a live person with the repeated enroll by calling contact information enhanced mytrust and confidence in this enrollment process. Finally, seeing the awards given to MetLife Pet Insurance year after year, was the defininig moment to go with this plan as oppose to comparing it to the Pet Insurance Plan offered by my spouse's company.
