We were faced a few months ago with a medical emergency with our Golden Retriever Olive, she had a difficult diagnosis with lots of testing and a specialty hospital. We had lots of travel as we are remote, including ferries and hotels. A very stressful time for us and Olive, we are months along now in our recovery and she is doing well and they are starting to taper off her meds due to her doing well. This is such great news she is feeling so much better from the care she is receiving. Pet Plus has been with us the whole way giving peace of mind and helping pay our bills. As a company they have totally held up their end of the contract in full. I wouldn't hesitate to do business again.

Long wait
I filed my claim back on October 10th and heard nothing for 2 weeks. I called customer service being that this was my first time filing to ask how long it normally takes. I was told 10-25 days, 25 being if they need more information. At the end of October I called again as 25 days was coming up. I was told they had reached out to my vet as they needed the medical records. The vet sent them on November 3rd. I waited another week and called back. I was told they never got them. I ended up getting them from the vet and uploaded them. Since October 10th we had been back 2 more times for the same issue and as of today November 21st my first claim has not even been processed. I had to cancel my last appointment because of this. I’m hoping things get better and holding out until they can figure out all their “technical issues” but they had the best reviews which is why I chose them and right now I am fully disappointed and feel this is a scam.
