I had many questions that came up over multiple days and Rebecca (and Brandi) took the time to answer each time without making me feel bad about wanting so much information. Rebecca especially went above to get answers from others to make sure my sometimes very specific questions were answered correctly.

Terrible customer service
Submitted a claim that was denied because Spot transposed numbers on date of service so they said I hadn’t met the deductible when I had. Waited almost TWO MONTHS for this to be corrected and had to call multiple times. Finally got corrected and instead of direct deposit like every other claim they sent me a check by mail so I have to wait even longer. Very dissatisfied and will likely be canceling my plan. I pay way too much to have to fight this hard to get my reimbursement, especially when it was YOUR ERROR! Also, get an email! Working people don’t have time to sit on the phone to keep calling you.

On line claims was easy once I figured it out. 2 of 4 claims were processed within 3 days and still waiting on 2 with no response as to the hold up on claims.
