I have had this insurance for my dogs for a couple of years now and have been extremely satisfied with it. When I have questions they are answered immediately and claims are processed very quickly. My whole family uses MetLife Pet Insurance due to the excellent service!Best

Can't say enough positive things. Payments were complete and fast. Any time I had an issue or question, the staff was kind, accommodating and helpful! Made a very stressful situation so much easier!

Payment was prompt to Rocky’s vet. It took only seconds for his vet to get a response for amount of payment. The vet’s office said that they are always pleased with your company’s quick response. Reps are always very helpful and willing to work with you. So glad that I did not change companies.
