Super Easy
It was incredibly easy to get my pet set up with insurance in just a few moments. The little info "?" were great in explaining what each item means. I appreciated being able to customize my plan with ease and showed the monthly cost adjusted so I can make the best decision for my pet!

I'm happy with the coverage provided. It was as expected and payout was in a timely manner; however, I initially used the mobile app to make claim, but it wasn't received. I then called customer service, they recommended I email the claims. This proved to be effective, and from that point forward, I tracked the claims via mobile app.

"When my < older> kitty started slowing down, I researched pet insurance. Between client feedback & my knowledge of how insurance works, it was an easy choice over the other companies. Getting her set up was so easy, with great customer service when I had questions. She has a medical issue that requires monthly care & I know I can continue to take her to the vet with confidence for reimbursement. I was so thoroughly impressed with this company and even what they offered for well visits, even though my dog wasn't "old" yet, I decided to add him to the policy. When the first incident/injury happened 2 years ago, I filed the claim with zero expectation of how it would work or how it would be handled. This company is TRULY amazing. I feel they honestly care about me & my furbabies. They walked me through filing the claim, even though it really is pretty easy. I was quite impressed with how quickly they processed the claim, how thorough they were to follow through & even more so the reimbursement was better than expected. No hassle was given at all. I've worked with human insurance for over 3 decades, so I was not expecting the ease of the process. This year, he experienced another injury-totally unexpected. I went to the Vet Hospital with full confidence of the coverage and knew that Pet's Best had his back! And as expected, the process was so simple & quick. The process time was again, better than expected, as was the reimbursement. I cannot tell you how amazing it is to know that I don't have to worry about the cost of care in a moment like that and can give all of my attention & energy to my injured furbaby with full confidence. My little Oscar needed to have dental
My little Oscar needed to have a dental. The Dr. had to remove some teeth. I sent my receipt in and filed a claim. I did not have to do anything else. When I checked my claim, I already had my reimbursement in my bank account. It was so easy to file. When I wanted to add another pet to my policy, I called Spot. The woman on the phone was so nice.She made it very easy. I highly recommend using Spot Pet Insurance. It is very affordable and filing a claim is very easy.

Appalled at Company's Behavior & Integrity
I've never had too much of a problem with Healthy Paws. I've had 90% coverage and $250 deductible since roughly 2016. Today, customer service emailed me stating that my dog's medical records said a different breed than what she was registered with Healthy Paws. The different breeds in question? Hound Mix Mixed Breed They said if I didn't get my vet to send medical records stating she was a mixed breed, that they'll drop my coverage to 70% , 500$ deductible, and raise my premium up by $169.01. My dog is a mixed breed. Hound mix is best guess. I have no idea how they are actually trying to pass this off as a legitimate issue.
