Customer Service is what it is all about.! The woman I spoke with last night was wonderful, she talked me through everything step-by-step.! There are not enough people who actually care about what they do, but her attitude was "great" and she really seemed to like her job. "CLONE that woman"!!

My boy Avery
My boy Avery, (cat), got a severe reaction to fumes when I was water proofing my shoes. Please be aware cats are highly sensitive to smells from air fresheners to chemical fumes. Embrace paid their share of the bill very quickly almost $4000. Thank you Nick for the very nice sympathy card.
