Never Disappointed
I have a newly adopted, senior dog and just submitted my first claim for him. It was a scary situation where he had to be seen at an ER vet on a Sunday. He was not doing well at all but thankfully it ended well. It was a little rocky at first with Pets Best to understand the claim and it had to be sent to the Claims department for review. After two phone conversations regarding this with very kind agents and the claims dept review I did get the reimbursement. I have been a Pets Best customer for around 8 years and have never been disappointed in their customer service or my claims being reimbursed.

Happy with my coverage
I like how easy it is to submit a claim. My dog was recently. diagnosed with diabetes and I am making numerous visits to the vet. So being able to just get an email receipt and download it to my account is great.

Coverage for a very important procedure…
Coverage for a very important procedure was denied. It was difficult getting the claim form to file an appeal. The form was submitted along with letter from veterinarian weeks ago and I have not heard anything. That is what I will tell my friends. I have sent my contact info if you have questions about my review.
