Our first experience with pet…
Our first experience with pet insurance. Glad we made the decision to insure our two kittens as one incurred a serious issue requiring weekend emergency surgery. Claim process was straight forward and completed in 2 weeks by direct deposit payment. No surprises and customer service personnel are excellent.

WORST PET INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. STAY AWAY.
I am absolutely done with this endless incompetence. This keeps happening, over and over, and I am sick of chasing you to fix a problem that should have been handled correctly the first time, MANY, MANY YEARS AGO. Your so-called “support” is a nightmare—delays, excuses, and complete ineptitude at every turn. Fix the damn problem already! I will continue to make my situation known to others, showing just how inept you all are. Customers deserve solutions, not endless frustration. Enough is enough. Your repeated failures are unacceptable, and your negligence speaks volumes. This is beyond infuriating. Mic. Drop.

Pet Best has exceeded every possible standard I can image. The online claims process is simple and straightforward. The claims have been handled promptly and the explanation of benefits have been presented in an easily understood fashion. My dog George has suffered through multiple surgeries and serious illnesses. It is a great comfort to know that with Pet Best I do not have to make any compromises in the quality of her care

I spoke to Aileen Andino when I called to add my two new kittens to my account, since I wasn't sure the multiple cat discount was being applied. She quickly added it and got me set up, then tried to connect me with another department regarding my existing kitty's account. Since they had left for the day, she offered to follow up once they were back in the office - really went above and beyond!
