They give you such a difficult time to reimburse you. They also make scenarios in their head and give their self a reason to reject claims. One time I was rejected and the reason was because I was still in my initial waiting period, made no sense since I was already a member for 3 years. They reject you with the dumb jest reasons

They really stand behind their words…
They really stand behind their words and do as they claim! Truly a life saver (and a money saver) They are so easy to work with and really go the extra mile! Our dog acquired gastritis from indigestible treats! We had to take our girl to the vet twice and she had to stay over night at the animal hospital. Trupanion was with us every step of the way! They even helped the ladies at the front desk of the vets office set up the payment portal so that Trupanion could help pay even faster! They are like a trusted friend that is really there in the time of need! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!- to everyone who works at Trupanion! AMAZING!

I am so happy that I chose Figo pet…
I am so happy that I chose Figo pet insurance for my three dogs. I never had Insurance before but decided to get it when my oldest dog turned 10. Right after getting the insurance, he tore his ACL and had to have surgery. Just recently, he toured the other ACL. Almost $20,000 in medical bills. Figo went out of their way to make sure my dog had coverage, even though there was a 6-month wait for orthopedics. He tore his first ACL after having the insurance just for a month. They worked hard to get him approved. I'm so happy with Figo. Their customer service is top notch. Always friendly and helpful. I had a couple of claims that were denied but I was allowed to appeal. I don't know what we would have done without Figo
