Would Not Recommend
I did not have a great experience with Pets Best. Trying to reach them by phone was awful. Every time I contacted them, I was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes before reaching a representative. It also took over a month to receive payment on my claim. Transferring ownership of the policy to my son was another unnecessary hassle, despite being told it would be an easy process. This insurance was supposed to provide peace of mind, but instead it caused nothing but frustration. I would not recommend them. I switched to another company, and they paid my claim within three days.

Affordable pet insurance
I had a difficult start with embrace and a very stressful back and forth for months but Marisol and Shelby were very helpful although I was very frustrated at the point of me speaking to them. Make sure to have them run all of your medical paperwork that you submit at the beginning of your policy or else they will not do it and you may run into issues when you finally need to submit a claim months down the line 🙏! Even without knowing this know Marisol or Shelby will handle your case very well and with care

Fetch policy renewal
I talked to Kaitlyn from Fetch to get some advice as to changes I could make to my pet insurance that would help to make it more affordable for me.She gave me some good advice about what I could do to lower my premiums and also some changes she recommended I don't do. She did not rush me to make decisions and gave me time to voice my concerns about the cost of pet insurance. One aspect of Fetch insurance I dont like is that I need to pay my deductible every year even though my dog has an ongoing condition with arthritis. Other than the deductible issue I can say that I've been very happy with the claims process over the many years that I've dealt with Fetch. I was also very pleased with the help and patience Kaitlyn had with me as I voiced my concerns.
