Very disappointed
They were very fast paying our first bill but now they keep asking for more paper work from our Vet. I have sent ALL the paperwork our vet has on Otis, he is only 1 and this is our second claim. I have sent in the paperwork 5 times. We are about to cancel this!

Helpful fast and easy to submit a claim
Agents were very helpful, I submitted a claim, I waited about a week and had not heard anything, my claim said in process, when I called I was told I was missing documents, and as soon as I emailed my missing documents, the claim was processed right away and direct deposited into my bank account.
