I will score you with a 10, but the time that Metlife take to process the claim is too long, and I had times that the App was not working well and I had to submit the claim via email which is worst.

The Good and the Bad
Processing a claim is quick and easy! I am so disappointed that the premium went up more than $10 in one year. At this rate, I might be better off by putting the $77p/mo away. I am also considering shopping around for a better deal when renewal time comes around. What can MetLife do to keep a loyal customer?

The deductable
Hello, I have paid $900 to my Veterinarian. ASPCA won't honor my deductible. They said I did not satisfy my deductible which I have. I am waiting for some correspondence from them. I have not heard from them yet. It has been weeks. This is a lot of money we are talking about here!! I am expecting $400 plus back please.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws
Healthy Paws makes it possible to not worry about getting the best possible treatment for your furry ones. We’ve had numerous dogs insured through them over the years. The coverage that they have provided us has been outstanding through cancer treatments to surgeries. Our last vet bill that they covered was 16,800. I don’t like to give reviews. In this case I’m more than happy to! Thank you Healthy Paws for the peace of mind that you provide us!

Pets Best is a good company
Pets Best is a good company. As my dog gets older, his pet insurance costs go up a little, however, PetsBest did not lower his benefits like my previous company did. My previous insurance not only lowered his benefits but also raised the monthly payment. PetsBest employees are very nice and really care about my dog.

If there were an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. I’m extremely disappointed with Spot Pet Insurance. My claim for my dog Alex was denied twice even after submitting all requested medical records. Spot never contacted my veterinarian for verification, and the claim process was slow and unnecessarily complicated. Missing even one item means an automatic denial. I switched from Healthy Paws because Spot advertised reimbursements for vet fees. In reality, Healthy Paws is far superior — straightforward, fast, and proactive in contacting the vet. I’m returning to Healthy Paws and regret switching to Spot.
