Trupanion came through when I needed them the most. With the pre-approval process and if covered direct payment. I was able to help my collapsed cat in an emergency situation. With this insurance I was able to proceed with treatment and know my decisions were based on need.

Wonderful Experience!
Customer service was friendly. Process of claims is fast and detailed. Loved the fact that the vet was able to submit estimate and claim to them directly so that i didn't have to pay in full and wait for reimbursement. It made the stress a little less, with not having to worry about that! I was able to focus on my dogs diagnosis and treatment plan.

Web site very intuitive. I have never before filed a claim. Thakfully I hav never needed to before now. But when in a situation where you are fearing for your pet's health, it was an easy process for me to follow and submit for reimbursement.
