Ability to care for my senior kitty
My senior cat, adopted at age 10, is taking his first steps on his journey with small cell GI lymphoma. Thanks to Trupanion I've been able to work with his vets, both general and specialty, to get the testing we needed for a diagnosis, and to start treatment. Trupanion has been great, both in how they work with both vet practices, and how individual client service associates have talked, and comforted, me. At least I know that that my boy will have every chance at good days ahead - and I would regret not being able to make these choices if I did not have Trupanion insurance.

Vet bill for Medicine

I’m not a comfortable user of internet signups so arranging for pet insurance on line was definitely out of my comfort zone. I was pleasantly surprised to discover how easy it was. And, since I have several relatives who insure their pets with Nationwide I know what a great product it is.

PetsBest denies claims that should be paid
RUN, don't walk. They talk a good game and will cover a lot of things, but if you pet has EVER been sick with ANYTHING, they will use it as a bogus reason to deny coverage for completely unrelated illnesses years later. Our vet vouched that our cat's symptoms were not a pre-existing condition, but in their infinite, greedy wisdom, they decided from their little insurance desk that they knew better. Ultimately a scam!

The chat support is always quick and easy for answers, linking to my vet saves so much time for me, and when we had an emergency situation recently, our vet was able to submit our claims for us and reverse the charges for a $12,000 procedure next day!
