The dog I currently have insured with Fetch is the 5th dog I have insured with them going back 20 years now. Fetch has Always provided Perfect service. They honor their policies, communicate clearly & promptly & they PAY quickly per the policy!! Their phone reps are AA++ knowledgeable, clear & take all the time needed with Each call. I cannot recommend Fetch Pet Insurance highly enough!!

You have the best representatives…
You have the best representatives employed. However, your policies and reasons behind them are incredibly disappointing. I personally feel the insurance that is offered and what it covers certainly does not work for the best interest of Pet Parents. Insurance is protection and I believe Trupanion has not worked out for us in time of need.

I always have problems with my claims and you never mention what my problem is. Either I’m missing something or I did something wrong. I only find out what the problem is when I call and question something. The claims department is finally sending me an email even they receive my claim. You make it very difficult to get a refund.

Easy and great customer service
I have had other pet insurance plans and MetLife has had the easiest claims process and reimbursement process. I have also contacted Customer Service and they are very helpful and got my questions answered the first contact. I have suggested MetLife pet insurance to several coworkers.
