If I could rate them less than one star…
If I could rate them less than one star I would. Here is another company quick to take payments for a policy and then use every excuse in the world to not pay legitimate claims that filled claiming can’t be read not detailed,no response from Vet which according to their staff is not true. I have sent paperwork to them 6 times about two separate issues none of which have been resolved and are not trying to resolve. I am canceling this crappy company and having my card company reverse all payments because they don’t honor a Dame thing they say.

Slooooow
I have been a customer with several pet insurance companies. Pets Best is, by far, the absolute slowest to complete a claim. I always get several emails apologizing for "delays". It's just poor, slow customer service.
