Trupanion is so kind and helpful!
When I called Trupanion regarding a needed surgery for my cat they were very helpful, explaining what they would and would not cover. They had a preauthorization ready for me within an hour. Later when I needed assistance with the claim they told me exactly what I needed to do and I had my reimbursement in my bank in about 48 hours.

First time filing-Outstanding!
We filed our first claim with Embrace for our girls annual wellness exam. Initially there were some technical issues that customer service had to get their IT department to fix. That was accomplished in a short period of time. We filed our claim that same day and were notified within 24 hours the claim was completed and reimbursement would be in our account! I have used 2 other pet insurance companies previously and this is the first time that our claims were completed so quickly. Their customer service and claims departments are outstanding. Only wish we had use this company previously!
