MetLife Pet Insurance has been incredible.

MetLife Pet Insurance has been — and continues to be — the best fit for me and my poodle. Whenever I call with a question, the representatives are courteous and polite. They even ask about my poodle by name, which I really appreciate. I did have one issue getting a refund on time, but it happened during the holidays, and they explained that they receive a high volume of claims during that period. Other than that, everything has been great. All in all, I give MetLife Pet Insurance 10 Gold Stars.
