Terrible customer support
I literally just want to log in, but the website directs me to authorize my login by clicking a link an an email it sends me. No issue, except that the link takes me to a page that says the link is expired or invalid - every time, regardless if I click it immediately. So I will choose customer support chat bot then. But the chat bot ends up just saying that due to high volume, the chat bot is not available, and to call the phone number. I've called the phone number and I am on hold with an estimated wait time of 45 minutes. I remember last time I needed something from Pets Best something similar happened and I was on the phone for over an hour. The technology and service for Pets Best is terrible!!! I get a discount through my work insurance but I do not know if it is worth it. Is this a real company or an entrepreneur that completely failed at scaling the tech and service operations and it is now completely bombing ? I just googled it and people posted on reddit about this 2 months ago and it's still not fixed. Definitely changing my provider next open enrollment...

I am beyond grateful for MetLife pet…
I am beyond grateful for MetLife pet insurance. My three year old fur baby became very ill and I had to take him in to the local pet hospital two times in one day then he was hospitalized. I had an extremely hefty vet payment afterwards. MetLife processed the claim within 4 days. All o can say is thank goodness for MetLife and I recommend them to everyone I talk to. You never know when you will need them but are so grateful that you have them in your corner. Thank you MetLife for allowing my baby to get treatment and start healing!! ❤️🩹

I couldn't be happier with Met Life
I couldn't be happier with Met Life. my dog has had a couple of injuries since we brought him home last April. met life is clear about what paperwork they need from you and the vet in order to process the claim, so there's no back and forth delaying their claims review. They let you know when they receive the claim and keep you updated as far as when to expect payment and they are very accurate and quick in processing the claim, In no time, you found the payment deposited to your bank account. I searched a long time when trying to decide what pet insurance would be best for me and my dog. I am so very glad I chose Met Life!!
