This company is a scam. AVOID at all costs.
This company is a scam. I just realized that they have not paid a single claim since we signed up with them. They are claiming that every time we have to visit a vet its due to pre existing conditions, even though the vet says there's no indication of pre existing condition connection. And the appeal process is BS. there's been no follow up. We've been paying $167.57 per month for several years. What an absolute joke.

So thankful for Trupanion! They are always willing to help answer any questions. I recently had a wrong diagnosis added to a claim by the vet causing an additional deductible. Trupanion was quick in requesting update records and working to get everything corrected!

Pets Best saves the day
Pets Best saves the day - again! Our Bella had knee surgery and we submitted the very expensive vet bill on Wednesday and received notification of the payment on Saturday! I’m so glad I chose SPOT for pet insurance. This is a company that follows through on all they advertise. If you have ?’s, customer service is easy to access & spends time answering any issues you might have. You do your part as far as claims are concerned, and SPOT does theirs.

Pumpkin was a great choice for Yadi
Pumpkin was a great choice for insurance. My cat, Yadi, was just diagnosed with heart failure, and Pumpkin was absolutely the right choice for his coverage. This diagnosis came out of nowhere, and our family was devastated. But Pumpkin was able to step up and assist with the multiple vet appointments and meds, and Yadi's condition has improved dramatically. The vet was amazed with his progress during the last visit. Pumpkin was instrumental with the treatment Yadi required. Thank you!

Both of my dogs have had some issues in the last year- having Trupanion insurance for them has made a big difference in the level of care I am able to afford and Trupanion has been so easy to work with. Direct pay to my veterinarian or quick claim processing for the clinics that can't do direct pay - both have been easy and fast!
