I recently had to file 2 claims in one month for my rescue dog. I was so pleased with the ease of filing the claim and how quickly the refund was deposited into my bank account. It made a stressful situation so much more bearable to not have to worry about the funds paid out for her care. Great insurance!

Great Insurance
Pets Best is amazing! My dog had to have TPLO surgery recently. I went to a surgeon who is known for this surgery especially for performance dogs. She has made a complete recovery and I could not have asked for better coverage from her initial visit to her last.! Pets Best paid for it all quickly and flawlessly. The peace of mind is well worth it!

I had a great experience!
I had a great experience! Everyone is always so helpful when you call in. The payouts were quick. Not only to me, but, to my Veterinarian. My cat recently had surgery and the Vet was paid before I even picked him up. Also, reimbursements to me, on two prior visits, were paid within 2 days of me submitting the bill by automatic deposit. I also want to mention, before my cat's surgery, while I was sitting in the Vet's exam room I received the estimate from Trupanion on how much would be paid out. I had called in advance and Trupanion told me the Veterinarian's in my area that accept direct pay from them. Thank you Trupanion for making a difficult time so much easier for me. I will definitely be posting my experience on the internet and letting my friends and family know about your company. R. Lambert
