The ease of submitting a claim and the quick turnaround for receiving reimbursement. I feel very lucky to have chosen Healthy Paws as my pet insurer, their website is very easy to navigate through and just the ease of submitting a claim and receiving reimbursement so quickly sets my mind at ease.

I have done two claims through Spot in…
I have done two claims through Spot in last 5 years, both over$1500 and other than my deductible they paid to the dime the amount I expected. Claim processed in a week and the first one was received in the 5-10 days by mail as they said and the second claim check I should get this week. Other than my own shortfalls of uploading the documentation the process was seamless. I was unable to find my Credit Union on their site so had to do mail. I spoke to them by phone in which staff answered quickly, gave me additional options on submitting the claim. Also the staff was very sympathetic about my dog. ❤️

The Meaning of Good Customer Service
My overall experience with Spot Pet Insurance is amazing!! I’m using this adjective to describe them because on the wonderful service (s) the provider for my little furry family member. Some insurance companies will let you go on paying for services you don’t need any longer. When it was time for my renewal the rep really help me in my decision. When you file a claim they are very prompt in paying with no hassles. I’m so happy I selected this company, I’m very happy with them!!!!
