Still unable to access my account…
Still unable to access my account through the web portal. I have used several browsers on my desktop, laptop and phone and I still receive the following error - 403 Forbidden Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2. This is not soley my issue since I have read many posts about the lack of access to the website so I think it is unfair to place blame elsewhere and not work to find a solution.

Lisa is amazing!
We forgot to remove our puppy off of Trupanion coverage (about a year ago) and needed to change payment from a credit card to bank account. Lisa helped me out over the phone on how to change payment type. I asked her to not worry about reimbursing us and she gave us back pay for 60 days. Very considerate! Thank you for your professionalism and great service!

It is the website- I was completely blocked from signing in- It could not process my password, my phone # or my email- I had to call to let them know that my dog had died- I am unable to access any records online. It is so frustrating for the care of my other dogs.
