I had to submit a claim for my dogs surgery to remove a tumor. I submitted the claim and at first it was incomplete, and I was notified of what I needed to submit. I called to get clarification and the person at spot was very helpful andprofessional. My claim was approved in a timely manner so far, very pleased with the whole process.

I had such a great experience with Aileen today. She spent nearly 40 minutes walking me through every detail and patiently answering all of my questions as I evaluated whether switching pet insurance made sense for us. She was incredibly thorough, clear, and thoughtful in how she explained coverage, pricing, and what to expect. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I truly understood everything before we wrapped up. It made the decision feel easy and confident. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I’m excited to kick off our journey with Fetch Pet Insurance!

The only insurance for our dog
Trupanion has been a star through our trials and tribulations with Elspeth. Our beautiful scottish terrier has bladder cancer and trupanion has been there all the way. Granted our monthly fee has increased over the years but I suppose that is to be expected. Every communication I've had with trupanion has always been extremely pleasant - they are the only pet insurance company I would recommend and will always be a customer of!
