Insurance for my Cat
We’ve had insurance with Spot for our cat for about 2 years now and have yet to be disappointed! My claims have always been processed within 1-2 days, and reimbursement via direct deposit is fast too! They cover A LOT, I even had to get extra bloodwork for her at her last annual, and a large portion of it was covered. You definitely get what you pay for, and it’s very worth it!

Reimbursed what I expect
I always get reimbursed the amount I expect. Which is great. What is not so great is that their portal (app or website) for submitting claims hasn't been working for months. It takes an extra 2 weeks to process a claim when submitted via email since there is such a backlog. Please fix this.

To transfer the ownership
To transfer the ownership of the two policies from my deceased husband to me was awful. I was kept on the phone for 55 minutes while the rep entered in the same information and the rep was only able to transfer one of the policies. The other errored on her. There must be a better procedure to transfer ownership….

Prompt and Efficient Claims Processing
I recently had to take my pup to the emergency vet early Sunday morning, and the bill was understandably expensive. I submitted the invoice through the MetLife Pet app on Monday and was pleasantly surprised to receive the reimbursement by Friday. I really appreciate the fast and smooth payment process.
