We could be more blessed and thankful…
We could be more blessed and thankful to Trupanion for being there for us when we were at our most vulnerable with a sick 6 month old Yorkie. We brought him to an emergency hospital in Orlando who referred him to University of Florida animal hospital. Not only did our baby get the best care he could possibly get, Trupanion was there for our baby within minutes of the hospital sending over the invoice. This really saved us from having more stress when we were absolutely at our lowest worrying for our baby. Thank you Trupanion we could never thank you enough for being there when we needed you the most. Forever grateful Total bill was over $3000 We had to pay out of pocket a little under $700

Great Team Who Prioritizes Customer Service
I have had pet insurance for 5 years but never had to use it until we needed it for an MRI. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful, she submitted all the claim information I had already without even asking and followed up with me to get a pre-authorization on the MRI service which was turned around in less than a business day. So far I have had a great experience with Fetch and highly recommend - you don’t want to have to use it, but when you need it you will be so glad you have it. The team I’ve talked to at Fetch have been so kind and helpful and I am SO glad I made the decision to get the insurance when my dog was a puppy.

Pets Best
I would talk to a lot of pet owners before deciding on a company. I thought I searched and compared enough, but it seems every time I submit a claim there is a problem and I have to do more work to get it right. I guess I just expected the claim process to be easier.

The claim process is very easy online by sending a photo of the invoice. Reimbursement is fast, and staff is reachable and available with any questions. I’m comfortable trusting it will be there if my pet has future health issues.
