Thankful to have found this insurance

I have had to use my insurance a few times this year and when I filed the claims, I was reimbursed within just a couple days and when I had to end up going to the emergency vet hospital, they were able to get paid directly from Trupanion and filed the claim and I just had to pay my portion, so easy and thankful to have this insurance for my 3 hairless babies

One of the best customer service departments I deal with.

I couldn't figure out how to find certain information on the web site and the representative helped me. Then he also helped me to find out if I had already submitted certain medications as a claim. I had not. Personable, professional, knowledgeable, and caring persons at MetLife make this one of the better customer service departments I deal with.
