Really great service

Very easy process to submit a claim, and the response time is ultra-fast. If the company is experiencing a high volume of claims, they'll let you know right away-- and even in that situation, my claims have been processed within a week, every time. Really great service.

I have had pets best for over 3 years

I have had pets best for over 3 years, customer service is horrible, and on a $800 wellness they reimbursed $200, on a $1200, vet bill the say they are reimbursing $150. This insurance is a scam. $100 per month for three years would have been better in a savings account for my dogs health. Put your money in the bank not in their fat pocket.

Fetch Pet Insurance Company truly understands the importance of hiring top-notch people and my experience with them certainly proved that. I had the absolute pleasure of talking to an awesome Fetch Pet Insurance professional, Aileen Andino. At 71 years of age, I’ve been involved in countless business transactions that required human contact. In all my years, I don’t remember a more gratifying business experience than the one I enjoyed with Aileen. From the very beginning of our telephone conversation, I could immediately sense that Aileen was a total professional. First off, with her tremendous attitude, Aileen makes you feel comfortable right from the start. She is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, she intelligently answered all my questions, she was exceptionally patient with me, she explained everything so I could completely understand my policy and what I was purchasing, she’s kind, thoughtful, compassionate…and, she even looked out for my particular dog breeds needs. Aileen could not have been more helpful or professional. She made everything so easy… So, do yourself a BIG favor…if you’re looking for pet health insurance…think FETCH PET HEALTH INSURANCE first!
