Unfortunately Fetch Canada does not honour their offers
Unfortunately Fetch pet insurance does not honour the coverages offered on their own app. I applied for a spaying benefit under their Wellness add on and they invented I had not enough seniority. I had been their customer for more than a 1 year and a half. When applying for their wellness add on within their app it generated a new policy which was subject to wait for 15 days. I was already a cx and all I did was to add a new benefit. Their system had a glitch which they did not recognize. They look for excuses not to pay. I reached out to their cx service and they solved nothing. They just repeat scripts and look for excuses not to pay. They said the wellness add on has no waiting period and besides that they did not pay

I'm glad I got insurance through Spot. Something I hoped I wouldn't need to use but when I did it sure helped and filling a claim was quick and easy with a fast response from Spot team.

Always excellent customer service, a variety of package options, good pricing and quick refund reimbursement. I’ve had MetLife for over 7 years for my fur-babies and couldn’t ask for a better insurance provider!

Great app. Okay customer service.
For the most part I have had great service from MetLife Pet. They did request the same information multiple times and it was sent multiple times for one claim. I think they now have all my dog's basic information and all I have to do is provide receipts and SOAP notes for each incident. The app is very easy to use and makes filing a claim straightforward. The one time I called customer service the woman I spoke with seemed bored, annoyed and frustrated. She did however tell me what information was missing which was never specifically asked for previously. All claims except one have been processed and paid quickly.
