Awesome customer service…

I found similar coverage at a lower price. Love that! Also, the customer service has been phenomenal. I love speaking to an actual person. Stephanie helped me with so many questions while I was deciding to make a move. Quick responses and friendly service. Can’t beat that!! Thank you, Stephanie!

Their website literally does not work

I enrolled in a plan but ended up cancelling within a matter of days because their website literally does not work. I registered and created an account, but it then required me to enter a six-digit code because I was using a "new" device (even though it was the same device I used to create the account just minutes previously). It took 15 minutes for the code to arrive, and when I went to enter it, the website said it had already expired. So I tried again, and the same thing happened. I called and told them I was cancelling effective immediately. This is absolutely inexcusable incompetence. It's a shame that this organization is using (and sullying) the ASPCA name.

Avoid them like the plague

1. I was forced to purchase a new policy for my pet regardless the amount of times I explained to CS (phone, email and chats) that I never received any communication about cancellation of my policy. 2. Now I am basically throwing money to the air because you guys will find any reason to not cover conditions he was covered for under our original policy. 3. As a loyal customer since 2017 this left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and shows you guys only care about profits not people or their pets. 4. You may need to give coaching to the people responding on your site: zero empathy, understanding and very unprofessional.

Mostly good experiences

I've had mostly good experiences. At one time claims we're taking a very long time to process and I had to keep calling on the same one to find out what was going on. I don't send many claims and never meet my pet's annual max. So when I do send them and there are issues it is frustrating. But as of lately the process has been ok.
