First time to file a claim and it went very smoothly. We made a phone call and then filed on-line. Gives peace of mind that we have our much-loved little dog covered for accidental and special needs.

They’re an amazing company
They’re an amazing company, my dogs are always well taken care of the only improvement as I wish they had more partnerships with vet clinics so that way you could just pay what you owe or they could just pay the vet directly and not add more steps. Outside of that, though they’re amazing.

Great company!
Have used Spot for a number of years. Great company to work with. Quick, easy service. When I had to say goodbye to one of my dogs, we received condolences from one of their representatives and sent a card. That in itself shows they're just not an 'insurance' company, but one with heart.
