Your manner of recording, reviewing and paying claims is virtually unintelligible to lay people. And trying to discuss these obtuse numbers with your staff is very often un productiv.

SPOT ON!!!!
We have always wanted the best for our Golden Retrievers. I did some research online for SPOT insurance and even though it had great reviews, I purchased it reluctantly because I did not know ANYONE with Spot pet insurance. I am so happy that I did! Our Golden had an emergency last month$$$$ and they came through during a very difficult time. The last thing anyone wants to worry about is "How am I going to pay for this?" We were refunded quickly and the claim process was so easy on the app . Their service was SPOT on !

It is slightly difficult to file an invoice because the website won’t let me. However, it is easy to file by email. They pay promptly without fail. I had to call customer support and they were very friendly and helpful.
