Call to fix coverage issues

Call to fix coverage issues. I had to call to make sure tax for the medications was covered as well as making sure that a previously covered med was not denied as a "pre-existing condition". The customer service representative was kind and friendly, but the company should not make me have to call them in the first place for coverage I should have. I have called several times to resolve coverage issues on their end.

Worth the money for health of your pet

We are very impressed by MetLife’s pet insurance. We have done 10 claims and it is so easy and relatively quick to receive your reimbursement. I think the longest I have waited for reimbursement is around 2.5 weeks. It’s very easy to use the app to upload your receipts or vet notes and follow the process to your claim being approved and then the payment. We have reached out to customer service a few times and it has always been pleasant and quick. This will be our third year with Met Life for our pet insurance and we continue to be impressed by the coverage and the service. Thank you for making things easy.

I can't say enough about a great transaction!!!

I can't say enough about how great this transaction was!!! Within a short time, the claim was reviewed and closed with the proceeds going directly into my account via Zelle, which was a wonderful surprise!!! Notifications were sent to me and the website was updated keeping me aware of status and Explanation of Benefits!

I was in shock when I got my prognosis…

I was in shock when I got my prognosis for my 4-year-old dog. I left the veterinarians office and drove around in tears because I did not know how to process a young 4-year-old dog having severe hip dysplasia. She had hip dysplasia in both hips. Basically, her hips are being held together by muscle and tendons. She has very little support for her femur head to rest into the socket. I was so relieved when I phoned Fetch, I was expecting all kinds of difficulty and what I received was warm, kind, understanding, direction. My dog will not need to be put down because Fetch has my back. I am so grateful that I chose Fetch when I did, so many unexpected things can happen, and I am so glad that I purchased Fetch pet insurance when my dog was very young. Thank you Fetch

ISSUES WITH COMPANY, REPS AND PAYMENTS

BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!! I signed into my account to make a payment and came to realized that I had a pass due from Dec and then another one hit on Jan 6th 2026 called and spoke with a rep don't remember her name but she was going to take one payment and instructed me to pay the remainder before the policy cancelled on the 19th of Jan which in fine but then I asked for a manager about getting out of default because they required the full amount of almost $600 to be paid in full by the 19th which didn't sound right. I was connected to Account manager Donna which was rude, insensitive, and was laughing at me. I was then transferred to another account manager Lisa which I explained about what happen with the previous manager and I told her I wanted to make half the payment and pay the rest before the policy cancelled she told me that I can't make a partial payment on the account so I said I want to pay using 2 cards and she told me she can't take 2 card. they force you to pay the premium and then force you to use one card to avoid fees for processing. If you have a new Puppy, kitty, or other animals that you want insurance shop around and stay far away from this company.
