A total scam—Do not waste your money on…
A total scam—Do not waste your money on Healthy Paws I’ve been paying over $500 a month for three dogs for more than a year and have zero to show for it. We filed our first claim for a puppy with no past medical records, and Healthy Paws has dragged this out for months with nothing but excuses and dead ends. They’re demanding “medical records” for a puppy who has none—utterly ridiculous and completely irrelevant. Every time I call, I get staff who are painfully ignorant of basics and unable to escalate. They lie about supervisors being available, keep me on hold for 40 minutes, and then vanish into a circle of meaningless promises. It’s a grand show of incompetence and avoidable delays. Finally, they closed the claim and denied it for “lack of medical records,” which is ludicrous for a puppy with no history. I canceled the plan out of sheer frustration and anger at the incompetence and the money wasted on nothing but bureaucratic roadblocks. Bottom line: this company is a scam disguised as pet insurance. Poor communication, zero accountability, and a system designed to stall. Do not under any circumstances sign up with Healthy Paws.

Poor Service, The Worst!!!!!
I’ve had my pet insured with Bets Best for over 5 yrs. The Co. must have changed hands! They are the worst! I can’t get them to pay an $83 dollar came I submitted the first of Jan. 2026 today is 3/9/2026. They told me on 2/10/2026. In a letter& I quote “At this time, this delay notification does not require any additional information from you” As of today 3/9/ 2026 it is still UNPAID!
