I signed up with Embrace over 10 years ago. I insure 2 cats and 2 dogs. More for the dogs as our cats are indoor cats. The Wellness program is great! All their shots and checkups are covered. I just had an injury claim to our 4-year mini-Poodle. They covered everything! He's coming along great. The staff was so compassionate and understanding. They truly love their job! Anna was great! As long as we have animals, we will have Embrace!!

This is my third animal to cover with your insurance. I lost my Lola Bear to Cushing's in Oct 2025 and we rescued Henly from a rescue near Knoxville, TN. Your ins covers my risk factors on my dog at a good price. Every time I have called in your people are super helpful and knowledgeable. I trust yall with my fur kids

I like easy when it comes to searching…
I like easy when it comes to searching and retrieving info. It was easy to add my fur balls to a new plan; however, you cannot remove a pet who has died. You have to call to do that.

We had to submit 4 claims over the course of three weeks due to our pup’s illness. They were all approved within hours of submitting them online. The process was extremely easy to complete. I highly recommend this company.

embrace is always clear and prompt with my claims. recently unexpectedly we lost one of out babies. I called to remove her from insurance. the lady I talked to was amazing,personable and sympathetic to my situation. she made it easy. I would look to them with my all my other babies. it means alot when they care.
