Highly Recommend Embrace
Well, after filing 3 claims for a total of $6549 for my cat’s intestinal blockage, I patiently waited for the 30 day wait period on a first filed claim. I have an unlimited policy covering 90% of the costs. I have to admit that after reading some of the negative reviews on here I was worried that Embrace could possibly reject my claims even though I followed all the rules and regs in regard to medical history and what’s covered and what’s not. Exactly 30 days later my claims were all processed, approved and completed and 3 business days later $5680 was deposited into my bank account. What a pleasant surprise Embrace truly is. If you follow the instructions you have no issues with your claims. All the different reps I spoke with were truly empathetic, knowledgeable and easy to get hold of. Embrace was everything I was hoping for when I purchased my policy!!! I highly recommend this insurance as vet bills can add up quickly!!

Communication from Nationwide is poor
Communication from Nationwide is extremely poor. First email says I’ve been assigned to some representative who I’ve still never heard from nor have information to contact. The customer service team says it’s another team that handles new applications and that they have no way of connecting the customer

Lady was very cold and direct about our dog insurance expiring four months ago on our dog Ruby. My admin Lorraine who retired last year was sent an email according to the lady before expiration of insurance. We never got the notice and therefore we were just dropped. No effort to call or reach out to me or my wife Tracy ever happened. The lady from Nationwide was cut and dry after we had been longtime customer of Nationwide for both our dogs.It makesyou feel there are other providers who might want our dog insurance.
