I called customer service to change my…
I called customer service to change my account number for reimbursement . The representative sounded exasperated with me she sent me the email link ro make the change I asked her to wait on the line until I received it to avoid me having to call again. Waited a few minutes did not get the link she did not inform me it could take up to 30 minutes ro receive. So I waited on the line with her ( I thought) after 5 or 6 minutes I asked are you still there she was gone just hung up said nothing to me. I eventually received the link and made the change. You raise your prices every year the least you can provide is courteous service .

TRY ANOTHER COMPANY, FETCH IS NO LONGER WORTH IT
The first year I had Fetch insurance it was great. Fair coverage, clear EoBs, good customer service. The second year it all went the other direction. They rejected many claims, their EoBs are cryptic, and the cost skyrocketed. I have not gotten a fraction of the payouts I should have. When I tried to cancel, they rather bullied me, in the most pleasant way [read: manipulation], to continue. TRY ANOTHER COMPANY, FETCH IS NO LONGER WORTH IT

Really great pet insurance
When I found out my dog had to get an emergency tooth extraction and that they may have to take out many more teeth, I was so stressed and after seeing the estimate…I was crying because I was unsure how I’d pay. But he is my dog, my heart and even if meant putting it on credit cards and maybe not get reimbursed by insurance, I scheduled it. I knew he was in pain and I couldn’t even imagine how it felt for him! The whole process was stressful and really emotionally draining. When I submitted all my documents to MetLife, I hoped for the best! Thankfully after a few days of waiting and calling, I received reimbursement and through Zelle! It came right into my bank account and I was able to pay off 80% of those bills after my deductible! Thank you so much MetLife! I am so happy I chose this insurance and that my dog is happy and healthy and healed very well! Such a smooth and easy process.

Excellent - 2 seperate claims for 2 fur babies
I recently had to make a claim for both of my babies. Fetch were very quick to process our kitten Tilly as we have had her insured since she was a kitten. Lily our British Shorthair we have only had her since she was almost 2. Lily’s claim related to dental work and initially it was refused due to issues with her records. Once our vet provided the records they were quick to process the review of Lily’s claim. While the process was at times frustrating the customer service was exceptional. I dealt primarily with Leanne. I feel relief. I feel safe knowing that both our babies are protected ❤️ I strongly recommend. I will be staying with Fetch ❤️ incredible. Thank you so much
