The overall on-line claims process is easy, user-friendly, and effective. The coverage provided is excellent, and I have the option to modify my it, through level of coverage and deductibles. Every time I have dealt with someone on the phone, they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very pleased!

Incompetent & Terrible Company
What a completely incompetent & terrible company. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner in my state. Their website is non-functional for submitting claims - keep getting error messages when trying to update a claim. Request for updating a claim is unclear and I believe fraudulent for not processing the claim in the first place Chat has been disabled because of high volume - gee wonder why that is!? Save your time and go with Healthy Paws - they are total professionals unlike these clowns
