I took out Pets Best insurance a couple of months ago, it was very easy to set up and choose exactly what you want. Cody had his yearly checkup and I submitted the bill to Pets Best, within 3 days we received an email telling me how much was covered and to expect payment. My wife and I were very impressed with your quick service and ease of opening a claim. Thank you!!

My experience with Nationwide was great because of the help, time, and patience I received from Kia. He guided us through the entire process for pet insurance for my pets. Even though during our conversation I asked yo call back while take care of an emergency; he returned my call promptly in ten minutes as we discussed. The rest of the process went smoothly. HIDDEN TERMS BEWARE
Healthy Paws denied claims over 90 days. They say it's posted but it must be hidden because we can't locate it. I was being treated for medical disability(cancer) causing late submission. Extremely disappointed, had three dogs covered-I will not have a fourth. Beware !

Impressive Claim Response
I had the Veterinary staff file a claim for the care provided to my pet by the veterinarian. Trupanion received the information, reviewed the diagnosis and treatment, and approved the claim.
