Incompetent company
Incompetent company at allowing us to make payment - repeatedly tries to process with our Amex despite not accepting Amex and having our Mastercard on file - would not recommend. Take your money and business elsewhere

Kasandra was verbally eloquent.
Kasandra was verbally eloquent. She was patient. She knew the answers for my questions. She was thorough in presenting the information. I had read the coverage and costs on line before talking with her and she quoted items just as I had already read about them. She needs to be commended for excellent service plus, she was charming regarding my little shares about the cuteness of my new kitten.

Quick to pay claims but hard to cancel
Embrace was fairly quick to pay benefits but the policy price increased every year and at a pretty large amount. I understand vets aren't cheap but my biggest issue was cancelling my policy was very difficult.
