Customer service is understaffed and terrible
I have had ASPCA insurance for quite a while...this pet and my first pet. I have been basically happy with them because i did not need live customer service/support. Today I call with a simple question, which should have been answered on the website but is not. I was on hold for 15 minutes, then cut off. Called back and waited another 10 minutes only to get someone whose English is spotty and who could not help me. I am angry because it has been a wasted morning. I pay a lot of money for this service and I am wondering about the value. Unless the customer service improves I will no longer recommend this company and will have to look elsewhere for insurance for my pup. All I ask is that someone who knows something answers the phone in a timely manner.

Spoke with Lance to cancel my pet insurance and he was incredibly helpful, took care of my requests and answered any and all questions I had! He was incredibly wonderful to work with and very personable! Wonderful customer service skills and a pleasure to work with!

i have had trupanion for 15 years
i have had trupanion for 15 years - not one complaint. if I’ve had an issue, they have always been responsive and fixed it or explained it. Payments or prompt. I love that they go through my vet and I pay the balance. Recommend them highly.

MetLife Pet Insurance is Great
Every time I submit the claim MetLife is on top of it and processes everything fast! The MetLife app is also super user friendly and it’s easy to submit a claim when needed. 10/10 would recommend to others with pets
