This insurance company is a total scam

I've been using this insurance company for 7 years on two different pets. My dog came down with a very rare and fatal disease. She was in the hospital for a month and racked up a bill more than $40,000. I felt confident because I had insurance and I would be protected at least 50%. But this company does not spend more than $5,000 annually. It's a total waste. For the amount you pay you do not get much of a value unless your dog or cat has recurring extremely minor issues which is statistically extremely rare. When I was trying to file claims they kept telling me the claims were illegible and then I would get an agent on the phone after hours and hours of trying who would say that the reports I sent were extremely legible. I would download the PDF directly from the website and upload it to their portal and they would claim it was smudged even though it was never printed or had any opportunity to get smudged. Over and all, this is an absolutely terrible company and no one should even slightly consider using them under any circumstance. There are plenty of good alternatives.

Great customer service!

I had the utmost pleasure of dealing with Janet Pryor. She answered all my questions. She showed a genuine concern for my needs and had a very likeable personality. She was easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable in her job. I was very impressed.
