The employees were beyond kind and professional. However, the fact that my claims were denied is super disappointing. My dog ate a sock and got sick.

The only reason I am giving less than a 10 is the long wait to get a claim approved.
The only reason I am giving less than a 10 is the long wait to get a claim approved. I had submitted pre-approval in hopes to speed up the process and it seems to have done the opposite. Aside from that I have had nothing but good things to say about Trupanion. Also not fond of the options for sharing with others. Usually the codes create a link vs having to copy and paste into a search bar.
