Can only speak to initial setup of policy but Devin was patient, professional, and helpful, answering all the questions a new dog owner and prospective insurance customer might ask. If this is an indication of how the company runs, it's a very good sign. Based on all the reviews of Furkin's service so far, I'm feeling hopeful and trusting in this newer company.

Trupanion has been wonderful for our pup who had stage 4 renal failure.
