Claim processing, direct deposit and use of the Healthy Paws app
I have had Healthy Paws insurance for 5 years and never had to file a claim. My dog injured himself and needed TPLO surgery. I have filed claims using their app which is easy to navigate. I am impressed by how quickly they are processed. I submitted the claim for Colt's surgery the day of the procedure. The claim was approved the next day and the funds were deposited in my checking account.

Our claims have always been paid in direct accordance with policy and delays in processing are promptly communicated. I like the ease in filing claims. I have interacted with live customer service once, and that was an effective exchange as well. Highly recommend them.

Just go with anyone else
Pets Best policies are confusing, claims take forever to process and they have paid a very small amount compared to what I have paid for my dogs plan over the last year. Every claim besides 1 has been denied and my dog has been seen multiple times at the emergency vet. I would not recommend to anyone.

Switched to Pets best and so far they are very good about responding and paying claims.
I needed coverage on my puppy as she is so active. So far the first claim I submitted was paid right away. They are working on the most recent involving spaying but send me updates frequently. I'm pleased with them
