I've had good experiences with spot..when I had to cancel for budget reasons it was pretty straightforward and when I was able to renew that was easy too. Since then I've had several claims for my cat and they've been paid promptly. Thanks spot!

Virtual Vet Care
While starting a claim, I noticed the Healthy Paws app had an option to speak to a virtual vet with AirVet. We were in the middle of our cat having a medical emergency. I first chatted and then a vet actually called for a virtual call. She was so great, listened and gave me advice. I only wished I realized this feature earlier. Since my cats were always healthy, I never really looked into what the Healthy Paws had to offer. As far as filing a claim, it was pretty easy and quick.

Best pet insurance ever! I have not had any issues with them over the year. They are always on time with resolving the claims, I am extremely happy with the service. Would not even look elsewhere!
