Honestly, Carla was Amazing. She was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. She answered every question, as well as adding pertinent information we needed to make the right choice for us and “Riley”. We wanted to stay in our budget, as well as getting the right plan which included dental!! Carla made that happen!!

Worth the switch!

We switched from another large pet insurance company to MetLife and it's been a great experience. Love the nose to tail coverage, the easy to use app and the great customer support! Great rates too!

my pup's emergency

Our year and half old pup had to go to emergency ICU for four days for blockage in his intestine. He had chewed a Kong Bone Toy and swallowed part of it. Surgery was performed to save him. It was scary! I am so grateful for having Pets Best insurance. The process for reimbursement was so simple. I would highly recommend Pet's Best insurance. "

Just do it already. It's 100% worth it.

I feel like I should be a spokes person for pet insurance at this point. Spot has been absolutely easy and pain-free to work with. The claim process is incredibly simple and their process time is quick, making it even faster to get reimbursed. I tell everybody about spot, no joke. At this point, I should get it tattooed on me... And I'm not even exaggerating. If you are on the fence, just do it. Spot helped me and gave me peace of mind and they can do the same for you.

Hesitant but sooo glad I have Pumkin insurance

I purchased pet insurance for my cat a couple of years ago after he had urinary issues. Though I bought the insurance after the fact, I had kept it and actually thought of cancelling it the second year. I’m so glad I kept it since my cat ended up getting a broken leg and had to take him to an emergency vet where they kept him comfortable till he required surgery at a specialist vet in a different town the following day! The insurance covered exactly the service I pay for and did so with great customer service. I am definitely keeping this insurance for any other mishaps that the cat may get into. If you’re on the fence about it just remember that your pet is family too. Lol I surely felt at ease knowing that he had the best care and Pumpkin had my back afterwards!
