Once I got the system figured out, it has been going very well. A few glitches here and there but better than other insurances I have had. They are much quicker with reimbursement than any other insurance. Customer service has been helpful also.

We love Healthy Paws!
I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough. They have been lifesavers for my family; we started coverage when we adopted our two dogs as puppies ~7 years ago, and Healthy Paws has been there every step of the way as we have navigated multiple health challenges with each dog. The claims process is straightforward, our reimbursements arrive quickly, and the customer service feels personal. Anytime a friend or colleague brings a new pet into their home, I urge them to get Healthy Paws coverage.

Best Ins we have had
Metlife has been by far the best pet insurance we have had. Very prompt with doing claims and payout. The only thing I don't like is the APP you can't see certain things on it but when you call them they answer all your questions and are great. I have 3 dogs on it and another one soon.

Pet Plus Us excellent service
My GSD is 3 years old and I've been subscribing to Pet + Us since we've got him as a puppy. I have had excellent and quick positive response every time that I submitted a claim or contacted them for information.

So Incredibly Thankful for Pets Best
We have a cat who tends to be more pukey and for about two days straight we thought he was trying to cough up a hairball, well when we realized that he started gagging more and more frequently with nothing coming out, we got very worried. We thought he had swallowed something he shouldn't have and something may have been stuck. Given we already had lost time, and our vet couldn't take him for another two days, we went to the emergency vet. Long story short and $5300 later... we were so financially stressed and worried, PetsBest covered EXACTLY what they had promised per our policy with no questions asked and claims process was so easy. WE ARE SO THANKFUL to Pets Best!!

Very quick turn around
This is the second time I had to use our pet insurance this year for my other dog. The turn around for re-reimbursement was quick and very detailed. I highly recommend Pet's Plus Us for your pets insurance. It would have been way too hefty of a bill without them, especially for 2 dogs needing surgery just under 5 months apart..... :( Thank you to the best surgeon for my dogs lives, Dr. Fuller in Airdrie (currently) and our town veterinarian Dr. Kibblewhite at Riverwood Vet clinic in High River.

Amazing pet insurance!
Having Healthy Paws insurance has been a life saver and has saved me probably over $20k in vet bills. My dog has dealt with skin allergy issues, and had 3 surgeries on her ACLs and everything was covered and reimbursed within a day or two. Super easy to submit claims. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Pets Best
We have had Pets Best insurance for our dog Penny since she came home over 5 yrs ago as a puppy. We are so happy with this wonderful service and ease of filing. We are so glad we chose this company and can’t recommend them enough! We will always use them for any future pets we have!

Unhelpful and poor customer service
Filing a claim with Metlife is a joke of a process. They require a 12 month medical history, so expect to not be reimbursed unless you take your pet for monthly check ups. After multiple calls to customer service and confirmation that my pet's medical history was received the claim is consistently closed with the reason being "insufficient documents provided". You'd be better off saving your money monthly then paying for this policy.
